MANGO
Project about redesigning MANGO’s automated email design system. MANGO had a significant number of automated journey emails developed over time (+100), each with disparate designs. These emails varied in structure, design, and elements such as headers, images, and styles, many of which no longer adhered to the brand’s guidelines, leading to a fragmented and inconsistent user experience.
ANALYSIS
Responsible for redesigning these emails, I conducted a thorough analysis of existing communications, customer interactions, and brand goals. This helped me identify key issues and gaps that needed to be addressed to streamline the communication process and create a standardized approach aligned with both brand guidelines and business objectives.
EMAILS DESIGN SYSTEM
The solution I developed was a templated design system based on modular components for text blocks, images, footers and other elements. This system standardized email structures and designs while offering flexibility to cater to various transactional contexts. The outcome was a cohesive communication framework that not only upheld brand consistency but also facilitated agile responses to evolving customer needs.
